Sales Manager - Residential Solar (Abuja) | Uncapped Commission
About this role
Ecohome Solutions Co., Ltd. is hiring one person to lead residential sales in the Abuja FCT. The role is hands-on, requiring you to handle the customer from initial contact through to installation, including meeting homeowners and small businesses on site, assessing needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. The position focuses on selling residential solar systems and building a network of local electricians, estate agents and facility managers. The employer provides a fixed monthly salary plus uncapped commission, transport and communication allowances, and training. The candidate must be based in Abuja and able to work in the field daily.
What you would do
- Find and meet homeowners and small businesses across the FCT
- Visit clients on site to assess load, appliances and roof
- Present Ecohome systems and demonstrate potential savings
- Close sales and manage the process through installation
- Build a network of electricians, estate agents and facility managers
- Report sales pipeline and contribute to business growth
What they are asking for
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Nigeria
- 2 or more years of personally carrying a revenue or territory target
- Track record of closing high-value deals with extended decision times
- Fluent English; Hausa is an advantage but not required
- Relationships with Abuja electricians, estate agents, facility managers or business owners
- Based in Abuja and available to be in the field every working day
