What you would do
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue and category growth for watches and fine jewellery.
- Lead high-value transactions, client conversions, and luxury gifting sales.
- Build and manage a pipeline of HNI, UHNW, corporate, diplomatic, and government clients.
- Set KPIs for Sales Executives and conduct regular coaching and product knowledge sessions.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, mall management, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; master's degree is an added advantage.
- 10-15 years of sales experience, with 5-7 years in a managerial role preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2G sales.
- Strong network within HNI, UHNW, corporate, diplomatic, and government circles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value transactions.
- Experience managing and developing sales teams; luxury retail or premium consumer products experience is advantageous.
