A leading security firm in Lagos is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive corporate security contracts and coordinate area sales teams. The role targets closing new guarding contracts and managing relationships with corporate clients such as estates, banks, factories, and schools. The company provides manned guarding, patrol and electronic security services to corporate clients in Lagos and is NSCDC licensed. The position is full-time and based in Ikota Ajah, Lagos. Candidates should have strong proposal and closing skills and a verifiable Lagos client portfolio.

What you would do

• Achieve monthly target of new contract value
• Generate and close new guarding contracts (20-100 guards per client)
• Manage relationships with estate executives, bank admins, factory managers and school owners
• Maintain CRM and weekly sales pipeline reports
• Prepare proposals, SLAs, and pricing with Operations
• Coordinate the area sales managers across other areas/territories in Nigeria

• 5-7 years as Sales Manager or BDM in a known security company
