A Sales Manager is needed by an E-commerce and Technology company based in Lagos. The role is located in Omole Phase 2 with a Monday to Friday schedule and a Saturday remote option. The organisation seeks candidates with strong sales leadership experience and a background in e-commerce, FMCG and related sales areas. Igbo applicants are required; there are no gender restrictions.
What you would do
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop sales strategies and plans for ecommerce and related channels.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise customer experience and product offerings.
- Prepare sales reports and analyse market trends.
- Manage key accounts and cultivate new business opportunities.

- Education: BSc, HND or ND.
- Extensive experience in the e-commerce space (mandatory).
- Experience in FMCG and other sales aspects considered a plus.
