Sales Manager
About this role
A Sales Manager is needed to lead Robeck Locks Limited's sales team across branches, field sales, wholesale and online channels in Lagos. The role targets revenue growth and requires experience in sales leadership and a track record of achieving targets.
What you would do
- Collaborate with marketing, stock and delivery teams to support promotions and order fulfilment.
- Review sales performance and address missed targets.
- Drive new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts.
- Monitor pricing, discounts and margins per policy.
- Provide sales reports, forecasts and growth recommendations to management.
- Oversee payments follow-up and ensure credit terms compliance.
