Sales Manager
About this role
A Sales Manager is sought to lead the sales team for Robeck Locks Ltd in Lagos, overseeing branches, field sales, wholesale and online channels to drive revenue growth. The role targets someone with experience in managing sales across multiple channels and a strong leadership focus.
What you would do
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet company targets
- Set targets for branches and team members and monitor performance
- Lead, coach and hold the sales team accountable for results
- Drive new customer acquisition and growth in existing accounts
- Support field sales and build relationships with wholesalers, builders, contractors and retailers
- Ensure enquiries from branches and online channels are converted into sales and coordinate with marketing, stock and delivery teams

- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, including 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven track record of growing sales and improving team performance

- Knowledge of Lagos markets and willingness to visit branches and sites
