Sales Manager
About this role
A Sales Manager to drive energy product sales in Lagos, responsible for acquiring customers, building relationships and meeting monthly targets. Suitable for professionals with a track record in sales and strong relationship management.
What you would do
- Sell company energy and mobile phone products within the assigned territory to achieve monthly targets
- Identify and pursue new customers through field sales, direct marketing, referrals and other channels
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers and follow up leads to close sales
- Monitor market activities and report on customer needs and competitor trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Provide feedback to the team based on market insights
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in energy, mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, FMCG, fintech or related industries
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) model is an added advantage
- Based in or willing to work in Lagos
