What you would do

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company policies
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers requiring logistics services
• Conduct sales presentations, client visits, and business meetings
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Identify potential clients across relevant industries requiring logistics support
• Address client complaints and coordinate with operations for resolution
• Understand clients' logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Maintain regular communication with clients to foster repeat business
• Prepare regular sales reports on leads, meetings, proposals, deals and revenue

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Logistics or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel is an advantage
• Strong networking, relationship management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with targets-focused mindset
