Dicalo Consulting Group seeks a Sales Executive to join its real estate team in Lagos. The role involves generating leads, marketing and selling real estate properties, conducting site inspections, meeting clients, and supporting business growth. The position requires building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and participating in business development activities. Candidates should be prepared for client meetings, site visits, and travel within the Lagos area. The employer provides an HMO and commission-based rewards with growth opportunities; the work schedule is weekdays with occasional Saturdays for client activities.

What you would do

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and direct marketing.
• Market and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver property presentations and sales proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions.
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain an accurate database of prospects and clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management and attend events representing the company.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
• 2 - 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and business development activities.
