BOGO Beverages is hiring a Sales Executive for Lagos. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, onboarding new distributors and retail outlets within the territory, maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring product availability and brand visibility in the Lagos market (preferably Oshodi or Oke Arin).
What you would do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets within the territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, pricing, and merchandising.
- Coordinate promotional and activation activities to drive volume and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence and insights.
What they are asking for
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, with 2-3 years in beverage or FMCG sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently to meet targets.
- Must reside in Lagos or be very familiar with Oshodi or Oke Arin.
