Sales Executive - Fashion Retail

A Sales Executive in fashion retail supports planning and delivery of strategic sales initiatives to grow revenue and strengthen the brand presence in Abuja. The role involves in-store and online client service, personalised styling, inventory accuracy, and meeting sales targets for fashion products.

What you would do

• Provide in-store and online customer service and styling consultations
• Greet customers, assess preferences, guide to collections and assist with fittings
• Build and maintain brand relationships and product knowledge
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients and follow up with existing ones
• Promote collections, discounts and promotions to drive sales
• Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with marketing/e-commerce teams

• OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management or related field
• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or high-end consumer goods
• Experience with POS systems, CRM tools and basic inventory tracking tools
• Strong written and spoken communication, good telephone and email etiquette
• Persuasive ability, negotiation skills, time management and presentation skills
• Analytical, team-oriented, creative, decisive and resourceful with good customer service mindset
