The position focuses on driving B2B field sales, acquiring new baker customers, and expanding market presence in Kaduna State. What you would do

• Conduct baking trials to demonstrate product yield and quality benefits to bakers.
• Acquire new artisanal, medium-scale, and large-scale bakery accounts in Kaduna.
• Meet monthly sales volume, revenue, and cash collection KPIs.
• Manage distributor networks and maintain recurring sales with existing bakeries.
• Pitch and sell bread improvers, preservatives, and premium baking ingredients.

• 2–4 years of FMCG field sales experience.
• Direct experience in baking ingredients, flour, or yeast sales is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hausa.
• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields.
