What you would do

• Build and maintain relationships with outlet owners, managers, bartenders and other influencers in nightlife venues
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to meet territory sales targets
• Maintain records of sales activities, outlet coverage and market execution
• Identify events, partnerships and activations to boost brand penetration and sales
• Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure coverage and execution standards
• Drive product availability, visibility, merchandising and compliance across outlets and monitor market trends and competitor activity

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG, alcoholic beverages or HoReCa
• Experience working with bars, clubs, lounges, restaurants, hotels, retailers or wholesalers
• Proven ability to grow distribution, open new outlets and drive sales
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field and operate across the assigned territory
