What you would do
- Respond to sales enquiries from live chat, WhatsApp, phone, website and campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and recommend hosting, domain, migration and related services.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects who do not purchase immediately.
- Handle questions and objections professionally and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and sales and report progress to meet targets.
