What you would do
- Proactively approach potential customers and generate sales.
- Promote and sell gift items, hampers, customised gifts, and corporate gifting packages.
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend suitable options.
- Initiate conversations via in-person visits, phone, social media, and other channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate clients and event planners.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide excellent customer service from enquiry to delivery.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, orders, and follow-ups.
