Sales Executive

JV Management Consulting is seeking a confident, ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join its Lagos team. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting the company's properties to convert prospects into property transactions. It supports achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and staying informed about market trends.

What you would do

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other sales channels.
• Promote and market available properties to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What they are asking for

• Minimum of an HND or BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationships and networking abilities.
• Confident, persuasive, proactive, and target-driven.
