Sales Executive

About this role

A full-time Sales/Business Development Executive based in Abuja to grow TPPC's customer base and revenue, with a focus on Lagos operations. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and delivering presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients in the packaging sector.

What you would do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, lounges and corporate clients
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline with leads, follow-ups, quotes and deal stages
• Build and sustain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders and grow account value
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, including quotes and handling objections
• Negotiate terms and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
• Track market trends, maintain sales records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports

• Excellent verbal and written communication and confident presentation skills
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in packaging, manufacturing or FMCG sectors
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
