Ezekiel Properties Management is seeking a commercially focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join the team in Maitama, Abuja. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, presenting properties and guiding high-value transactions to close in Abuja’s premium residential and commercial markets, for someone with proven real estate sales experience.

What you would do

• Generate and develop new property sales opportunities via direct prospecting, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Identify prospective buyers and investors, and understand their property requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
• Present and recommend properties, and conduct inspections, viewings and client presentations.
• Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial enquiry to negotiation and closing; maintain regular follow-up.
• Build and maintain a network of clients, investors, professionals and referral sources; keep accurate records of leads and activities.
• Monitor market developments, pricing and opportunities in Abuja; collaborate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
