Sales Executive

About this role

ASA SECURITY provides advanced security technology services, including special protection, consulting and instruction. The Sales Executive will be the key contact for the organisation and its clients, driving sales growth and supporting marketing activities to attract and retain customers across industrial, private and government sectors in Lagos.

What you would do

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers.
• Approach prospects via cold calling and arrange meetings to present the company and its services.
• Work with the company's sales policy to achieve sales targets.
• Present and sell security products to targeted customers through professional presentations.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to increase awareness.
• Negotiate price, costs and specifications with clients and colleagues.

What they are asking for

• Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, preferably in security services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas; B2B/outside sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with sales techniques and product management.
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Extrovert personality with self-motivation and ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a hectic sales environment.
