About this role
PPC Limited seeks a Sales Engineer for Building Services in Lagos. What you would do
- Manage total sales results for all lines of business in the assigned territory.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and forecast pipeline.
- Drive yearly performance reviews, target setting, and contract renewals with key accounts.
- Identify new business and channel opportunities to ensure growth in the region.
- Build, manage and leverage relationships with partners and OEMs for information, pricing and training.
- Position products within the territory and manage product/territory accounts.
- Negotiate deals, pricing, timing and service terms in line with PPC policy.
- Maintain a healthy database of accounts and sustain relationships within the territory.
- Provide input for regional and national business planning with market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and deploy sales strategies aligned with PPC strategic plan.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- At least 7 years of business development experience in MEP, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Product knowledge and training in MEP core industry solutions.
- Experience in market research, selling skills, solution selling and key account management.
- Strong driving, communication and presentation skills.
