Sales & Distribution Officer - Anambra

What you would do

• Plan product disbursement strategies across branches based on route mapping.
• Coordinate and ensure products dispatched to branches are in good condition.
• Optimize delivery schedules to reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
• Track deliveries and provide status updates to relevant parties.
• Serve as primary contact for branches and partners on deliveries and inventory queries.
• Provide partners with updates on product availability, delivery schedules and stock levels.
• Interface with Branch Managers and CSOs to support sales and remittance of funds.
• Maintain accurate records of products disbursed and regularly update inventory databases.
• Conduct stock audits and reconciliations with branches.
• Prepare documentation for dispatch and generate periodic stock and performance reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in partnership/retail sales, inventory management, or logistics, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent reporting, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
• Knowledge of location landscape and route mapping.
• Willingness to travel within the state.
• High integrity and honesty in duty discharge.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver’s licence.
• Residence within the job location.
