What you would do

• Plan product disbursement strategies across branches based on route mapping
• Coordinate product dispatches to ensure branches receive goods in good condition
• Optimize delivery schedules to reduce lead times and boost efficiency
• Track deliveries and provide status updates to relevant parties
• Serve as primary contact for branch and partner inventory queries
• Provide timely updates on product availability, delivery schedules, and stock levels
• Interface with Branch Managers and CSOs to support sales and remittance of funds
• Maintain accurate records of disbursed products and update inventory databases
• Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with branches
• Prepare paperwork for dispatch and generate periodic inventory and partner performance reports
