Mutual Benefit Assurance is looking for a Sales and Distribution Executive in Lagos. The role involves driving new insurance business, building broker relationships, and identifying market opportunities to grow revenue.

What you would do

• Prospect for and develop new insurance business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and prospective clients.
• Research and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage sales leads and opportunities from prospecting to conversion.
• Prepare sales and market intelligence reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure effective delivery of insurance solutions.

What they are asking for

• HND or bachelor's degree in Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Insurance Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• CIIN qualification is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market and distribution channels.
