Sales Development Representative
About this role
A Sales Development Representative role based in Lagos for a on-site, full-time position. The role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, supporting the sales team, and maintaining CRM records for Infytel Communications Limited.
What you would do
- Generate new leads through various channels including calls, research, email, and social platforms
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, authority, budget, and readiness
- Schedule meetings and product discussions with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls and follow-up activities in the CRM
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, calls, qualified leads, and meetings booked
- Hand over qualified leads to the Sales/Business Development team and support pipeline generation

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales or a related role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proactive, target-driven and results-oriented with strong communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
