The role involves handling enquiries from multiple channels, turning requests into procurement briefs, coordinating with the sourcing team, and closing sales while managing ongoing customer relationships. It is aimed at a people‑oriented, sales‑driven individual who can work across social channels and take ownership of the end‑to‑end sales process.

What you would do

• Manage customer enquiries from website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email and other channels.
• Understand and document customer product requirements.
• Prepare procurement briefs for the team and suppliers.
• Coordinate customer requests with sourcing/procurement team.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
• Manage customer relationships from enquiry through delivery.
