Sales / Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

What you would do
- Process customer orders and coordinate fulfilment and delivery
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and other channels
- Provide accurate product, pricing, availability and promotions information
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
- Keep up with product updates, promotions and fashion/retail trends
- Promote and sell fashion, craft and retail products to customers
- Monitor feedback and escalate complaints when necessary
- Maintain records of sales, transactions, and follow-ups
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales
