What you would do

• Promote and sell fashion, craft and retail products to prospects and existing customers.
• Respond to questions, complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Process orders, confirm payments, and coordinate fulfilment and delivery.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Provide information on products, pricing, availability and promotions.
• Keep records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Monitor feedback and escalate complaints when needed.
