Marsand Bespoke Joinery is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Representative for its on-site showroom in Awoyaya, Lagos. The role is full-time and suited to a customer-focused individual who can engage clients, handle enquiries, and support the sales process, with weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) mandatory.

What you would do

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and other channels.
• Engage prospective clients, understand their requirements and provide information about products and services.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations, and nurture prospective clients.
• Convert enquiries into sales opportunities and support the sales process through each stage.
• Attend showroom visitors and support client appointments, especially on weekends.
• Update CRM and lead-tracking records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and customer-oriented.
• Strong follow-up, relationship-management and negotiation skills; able to handle objections.
