A showroom-based Sales and Customer Service role for Marsand Bespoke Joinery Limited in Awoyaya, Lagos. The role involves engaging prospective clients, handling enquiries, following up on leads and quotations, and supporting the sales process to deliver a professional customer experience. Weekend work is required (Saturdays and Sundays) with two weekdays off.

What you would do

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and other channels.
• Engage prospective clients and determine their requirements.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations.
• Convert enquiries into sales opportunities and support the sales process.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM as required.
• Attend showroom visitors and support weekend client appointments and walk-ins.
