What you would do
- Attend to walk-in customers professionally and promptly
- Greet and guide customers in selecting products
- Demonstrate knowledge of CGD products and services
- Educate customers on options, pricing and suitability
- Act as floor attendant and liaise with Inventory & Warehousing to release products
- Pass selected products to the Cashier for ERP invoicing
- Handle online enquiries and orders via Website, WhatsApp and Instagram DM
- Assist online customers with product selection, pictures and information until payment is completed
- Transfer paid online orders to Inventory Unit with documentation
- Conduct post-purchase follow-up calls to confirm delivery and collect feedback
