What you would do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels
- Generate leads and convert prospects into actual sales
- Conduct inspections, site visits and allocations exercises
- Promote and market the company’s property products and services to clients
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate property recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and consultations as needed
- Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversion
- Negotiate terms and close deals per company policies
- Maintain sales records and prepare periodic sales reports
