About this role
The role is for a Sales Associate in a fashion retail setting in Lagos, responsible for helping customers select and purchase items, maintaining displays, and delivering good service to drive sales. What you would do
- Greet customers and understand their needs to suggest appropriate products
- Explain product features, sizes, prices and fabric types to customers
- Promote products, suggest complementary items, and encourage repeat purchases
- Process purchases and payments accurately according to company procedures
- Arrange, label and replenish merchandise to maintain neat displays
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock to the relevant manager
