Sales Associate / Sales Trainee (Retail Luxury & Fashion Brand)

Maybrands Limited in Lagos is hiring for a Sales Associate or Sales Trainee for a fashion accessories retailer that is the only licensed store to sell Fossil products in Nigeria, including brands such as Skagen, Emporio Armani, Diesel, Fossil, Adidas, Michael Kors, DKNY and Marc by Marc Jacobs. The role focuses on customer service, providing product information and advice, and handling stock and merchandising tasks on the shop floor.

What you would do

• Liaise with customers to provide product information and details on discounts, new products and services
• Deliver prompt and efficient service to customers
• Advise customers on products based on their needs
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Monitor and replenish stock in display cabinets; maintain displays per Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Process payments and issue receipts

• Minimum 2 years post NYSC work experience

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; comfortable with information technology
