Sales Associate (Hybrid)
About this role
The role is for a Sales Associate in a hybrid position ( Lagos, Nigeria ) within a civic tech and compliance company that delivers automation platforms, regulatory advisory and capacity development. The person will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, manage a sales pipeline, and work with the Head of Growth to close deals and grow accounts across TPay and THR products. What you would do
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotes and pricing aligned with company policies.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Identify, research and qualify new business opportunities for TPay and THR.
- Collaborate with product, implementation and customer success teams for onboarding.
- Respond to and follow up on inbound leads and referrals.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales in collaboration with Head of Growth.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support retention and upsell.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling B2B software, fintech or SaaS is advantageous.
