What you would do

• Bring each fragrance house and scent to life through storytelling, including origins, notes, ingredients and perfumer's intent
• Support product launches, events and brand activations
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
• Maintain expert knowledge of fragrance houses, new launches and the niche perfumery landscape
• Present the fragrance space and testers to a high standard
• Collaborate with the styling team to create a complete client experience
• Guide clients through personalised fragrance consultations in-store and by appointment
• Build and nurture a loyal client base through follow-up and client books
• Engage with clients via WhatsApp and social media for relationships
• Keep up with luxury service standards and client care practices

• Polished presentation and strong instinct for luxury service
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
