What you would do
- Identify and engage prospective customers interested in premium and bespoke kaftans
- Respond to customer enquiries across social media, telephone, messaging platforms and other sales channels
- Present product designs, features, customization options and pricing accurately
- Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the purchase process
- Handle customer objections professionally and communicate the value of the brand’s products
- Actively prospect for new customers and develop referral opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, orders and completed sales
- Work with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through advertising campaigns
- Provide customers with accurate information about payments, measurements, customization and delivery
- Submit regular sales reports and work towards the assigned monthly sales target
