TeamAce Limited in Lagos seeks a Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition and promote the bank’s financial products. What you would do
- Identify and onboard new customers including individuals, traders, entrepreneurs and SMEs to grow the customer base.
- Promote and sell the bank's products and services such as savings, current accounts, loans, and other approved financial products.
- Drive deposit mobilisation, account opening, customer activation, and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.
- Source potential borrowers, explain loan products, collect documentation, and liaise with the credit team to process loans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups, referrals, and customer service.
- Monitor customer accounts and loan repayments, follow up on overdue payments, and escalate issues as needed.

- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition within a microfinance bank, commercial bank, fintech, or related financial services institution.
- Good knowledge of deposit mobilisation, account opening, loan products, customer acquisition, and cross-selling financial services.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, generate leads, acquire customers, and grow a customer portfolio.
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with field prospecting, client visits, and business development activities.
