Sales Assistants (Mushin Branch)
About this role
A full-time Sales Assistant role based in Mushin, Lagos, supporting the branch by helping customers, driving sales and maintaining the sales area. Suitable for those with at least 1 year in sales or retail, preferably with hardware or building materials experience.
What you would do
- Attend to walk-in customers and assess product needs
- Recommend suitable hardware products based on requirements
- Drive daily sales and pursue sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value
- Ensure products are displayed and priced accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist in stock monitoring and general operations
