What you would do

• Process payments via cash, POS or transfers
• Issue receipts and invoices to customers
• Balance cash register at start and end of shift
• Greet customers and respond to product and policy inquiries
• Handle complaints politely and escalate when necessary
• Maintain custody of cash and prevent shortages or overages
• Record transactions accurately in the system and reconcile daily cash
• Promote ongoing offers and products to support sales
• Assist customers in locating products and cross-sell upsell where appropriate
• Support stock documentation and store operations as required
