About this role
Sisa Method Limited is recruiting for a Sales and Offtake Personnel to support the Ajaokuta Mini LNG project in Kogi. The role focuses on presales, customer education, demand qualification, site readiness and conditional contracting until gas first arrives. The position involves converting demand into qualified offtake opportunities, managing a CRM-based sales funnel, and coordinating with Finance, Logistics and Operations. It requires B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in energy or related sectors, and a willingness to travel. The employer is building a lean execution team to drive offtake for the project and manage customer engagements and contractual processes.
What you would do
- Maintain a CRM-based customer funnel by sector, location, volume, price sensitivity and credit status
- Support letters of intent, MoUs and conditional offtake agreements with defined conditions
- Maintain weekly pipeline and monthly volume forecasts with Finance for credit checks and payment security
- Prepare quotations and proposals using approved price books and contract templates
- Prepare the customer onboarding pack, ordering workflow and delivery process with Logistics and Operations
- Coordinate customer site surveys and maintain customer-readiness checklists
- Qualify leads through structured discovery of current fuel use, consumption patterns, site access and decision processes

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in energy, gas, fuels or industrial supply
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools
- Ability to prepare commercial proposals and explain technical offers clearly and accurately
- Good understanding of customer credit and contract basics
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and visit sites
