What you would do
- Prepare customer onboarding pack, ordering workflow and delivery process with Logistics and Operations
- Qualify leads through discovery of fuel use and decision processes
- Prepare quotations and proposals using approved templates
- Maintain weekly pipeline and monthly volume forecasts with Finance on credit checks
- Support letters of intent, MOUs and conditional offtake agreements
- Build and maintain a CRM-based customer funnel by sector, location, volume, price sensitivity and credit status
- Coordinate customer site surveys and maintain readiness checklists
- Travel to meet customers and visit sites
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Explain technical offers clearly and accurately to customers
