What you would do
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients such as companies, government agencies and schools
- Develop relationships with HR teams and decision-makers to promote health checks and employee healthcare services
- Conduct cold outreach, meetings and presentations to generate new business
- Prepare proposals, presentations and quotations for corporate clients
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and convert leads into corporate accounts
- Support development and management of HMOs, clinics, laboratories and pharmacies partnerships
- Assist with HMO applications and onboarding processes
- Develop referral relationships to increase patient referrals and awareness of services
- Support patient referral, loyalty and corporate wellness programs
- Maintain weekly trackers and prepare performance reports on leads, visits, proposals and revenue

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- 2 to 4 years in marketing or business development, preferably in healthcare, wellness or B2B services
- Experience managing social media accounts with measurable results
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Business Profile and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to create basic marketing designs using Canva or similar tools
- Experience in corporate sales, cold outreach, presentations and relationship management
- Existing relationships with corporate HR contacts or procurement leads is advantageous
- Familiarity with HMO panel applications and onboarding processes is desirable
- Experience in healthcare referral programs or corporate wellness campaigns
