Sales and Marketing Officer
About this role
Tokiye Integrated Medical Services is hiring a Sales and Marketing Officer to support patient acquisition, corporate partnerships and brand visibility for the hospital. The role focuses on expanding the hospital’s online presence, building relationships with corporate clients, HMOs and other healthcare partners to drive patient visits and revenue. It involves digital marketing, business development, and stakeholder management. The position is based in Abuja and is full-time. The company aims to improve healthcare project management and service delivery in Nigeria.
What you would do
- Prepare proposals, presentations and quotations for corporate clients
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and convert leads into corporate accounts
- Conduct outreach, visits, presentations and follow-ups to generate new business
- Engage with companies, government agencies, schools and organisations as potential clients
- Develop relationships with HR teams and decision-makers to promote health checks and employee healthcare services
- Support implementation of patient referral and corporate wellness programs
- Manage relationships with HMOs, clinics, laboratories and other partners
- Assist with HMO panel applications and onboarding processes
- Monitor market trends and campaign performance to suggest improvements
- Prepare weekly performance reports and track leads, enquiries, visits, proposals, conversions and revenue
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing or business development experience (preferably in healthcare, wellness or B2B services)
- Experience in corporate sales, cold outreach, presentations and relationship management
- Experience marketing hospital services or diagnostic/medical offerings
- Experience managing healthcare referral programs or corporate wellness campaigns
- Familiarity with HMO panel applications and onboarding (NHIA, Hygeia, AXA Mansard etc.) is highly desired
- Ability to manage and grow social media accounts with measurable results
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for basic marketing materials
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Business Profile and Microsoft Excel
- Existing relationships with corporate HR or procurement contacts in Abuja is advantageous
