Sales and Marketing Officer

What you would do

• Target new room and event accounts in the local market and maintain relationships with existing accounts
• Manage contracting and RFP portals for corporate accounts
• Review monthly reports to identify non-performing and new accounts for action, retention and development
• Support the sales team by tracking booked business and identifying sales leads
• Engage in proactive sales activities and respond to sales enquiries
• Complete monthly tracking reports and identify new leads
• Review performance of current accounts and identify target accounts
• Manage the corporate rate loading process with the reservations manager
• Complete annual RFPs for corporate and other business segments
• Participate in and support sales and marketing action plans and promotions
