Sales and Marketing Lead (FMCG)

Elvaridah Limited is seeking a Sales & Marketing Lead for a fast-moving consumer goods brand in Lagos. The role combines brand strategy, sales execution and campaign management across online and offline channels. The successful candidate will own revenue growth, manage corporate and B2B relationships, and drive brand visibility and campaigns. The position targets someone with experience in leading sales and marketing efforts and a strong understanding of the Lagos consumer market, particularly in food and lifestyle brands. Employment is full-time and based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

What you would do

• Oversee brand social media presence, content calendar and digital campaigns.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, bulk buyers and institutional partners.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Represent the brand at events, activations and promotional opportunities.
• Own and grow revenue across all channels including walk-in, online orders, corporate gifting and event catering.
• Manage promotional pricing, discount structures and seasonal campaigns.
• Track and analyse sales data and marketing metrics; report insights monthly.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Officer and content team to ensure on-brand, performance-driven campaigns.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand direction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Strong understanding of the Lagos consumer market and food/lifestyle brand landscape.
