Sales and Marketing Director

E-Terra Technologies Limited is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director in Lagos. The role involves developing and implementing revenue-driving strategies, expanding the customer base, securing large corporate contracts, building strategic partnerships, and increasing brand visibility in Nigeria and other markets. What you would do
- Drive acquisition of high-value corporate accounts and long-term contracts
- Set annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and revenue projections
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to improve commercial positioning
- Own overall sales performance and ensure targets are met
- Identify opportunities for geographical and service diversification
- Develop and review the sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
- Establish sales forecasting and reporting systems
- Improve customer retention and drive cross-selling and recurring revenue
- Lead business development and manage strategic partnerships
