What you would do

• Plan product disbursement strategies across assigned branches based on route mapping.
• Coordinate and ensure dispatched products are in good condition.
• Optimize delivery schedules to reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
• Track deliveries and provide regular status updates.
• Serve as the primary contact for branches and partners regarding deliveries and inventory queries.
• Keep partners informed about product availability, delivery schedules, and stock levels.
• Interface with Branch Managers and CSOs to support sales and remittance flows.
• Maintain accurate records of products disbursed to branches.
• Conduct routine stock audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare documentation for inventory dispatch and generate periodic stock and performance reports.
