What you would do

• Keep guests engaged to encourage longer stays and higher spend
• Follow up with customers and reactivate dormant relationships
• Maintain accurate customer data, preferences and interactions in the CRM
• Build and manage a personal portfolio of active customers
• Engage high-value guests and develop long-term relationships
• Maintain relationships beyond the venue in a professional manner
• Utilise AI and digital tools to speed up work, improve engagement, organise follow-ups and identify sales opportunities
• Convert relationships into measurable revenue and customer spend
• Collaborate with Concierge, Reservations, PROs and the Sales team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Understand guest preferences and tailor interactions accordingly
