Sales and Business Development Officer Hospitality

A Sales and Business Development Officer for Hospitality is sought to grow bookings and revenue for a serviced apartment and hospitality business in Apo, Abuja. What you would do
- Identify and optimise new online booking channels and listings on OTAs and booking platforms
- Register, manage and update property listings and monitor bookings and guest reviews
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients and research market opportunities
- Generate leads, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate rates, and convert enquiries into bookings
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation firms, event organisers and other organisations
- Secure corporate accommodation agreements, referral partnerships, group bookings and long-stay opportunities
- Propose and implement sales initiatives, promotional packages and corporate/long-stay offers
- Recommend strategies to increase direct bookings and reduce booking costs
- Monitor competitors and market demand to adjust pricing and positioning
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and monitor performance against targets

- Understanding of hospitality sales channels, pricing, booking processes and CRM systems
