About this role
The role is a Sales and Business Development Executive for Stresert Services Limited (StreSERT) in Lagos, focusing on expanding into new Nigerian markets, managing a diverse client portfolio, and leading a small sales team.
What you would do
- Map untapped Nigerian markets and build a ranked 60-day opportunity pipeline.
- Develop entry strategies for new regions, including stakeholder mapping and initial outreach plans.
- Build and manage a portfolio of accounts across B2B, B2G and B2C segments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distribution partners, community leaders and institutional buyers to generate deal flow.
- Own the full commercial cycle from prospecting to close, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Lead the sales team by recruiting, onboarding and coaching; set targets and review pipelines.
